Last night was the first night of the 5 days of Diwali. It was the Goddess Lakshmi’s birthday.
I have spoken at length about principles such as mapping, Unified Field Technology, etc. It is a gift beyond words that our Sri Somesvara Temple gives us the opportunity to experience the validity of the sublime mechanics of creation first hand.
In a word, the ‘technology’ of the temple works. For most people, it is not something experienced as a tangible reality… at least not with one or two pujas. Those first few times, it is more of an unfamiliar, awkward experience as you may be more concerned about knowing what to do next in the ceremony than anything else.
Even after you become comfortable with it all, and rest with the profundity of what you are witnessing, there is still much more.
These ceremonies enliven the fine fabric of the underlying essence of life…. the fabric of existence. Particularly those who meditate and touch into that level regularly can feel the long term effects of that within themselves. It is a remarkable experience. It is more and more fully experienced as one lives in such an environment and rests into the support and ongoing presence of that enlivened space.
You may liken it to a child and what they feel in their heart and soul when mother is at home. What words go along with that? Safety, security, support, love, peace, serenity, strength, happiness… there is no limit. It is not a mood that I am speaking of here any more than having air to breath is a mood. No more than the difference between a lush garden and a barren wasteland is a mood. It is a human need, just as air and food are human needs.
Yesterday, I announced the Maheshananda World Peace Project [MWPP]. It has one purpose… to bring global fulfillment to that most fundamental need for all humanity and the world.
I had not planned to announce it on the first day of Diwali. It just naturally unfolded that way. Just as one does not plan to breath, it just happened simply, spontaneously, innocently, and naturally on that day. As naturally as breathing out and breathing in.
Pandit Prasad, his wife, Lakshmi, and I, will be organizing and overseeing this project together. They will be going to India soon and will begin the groundwork for the project while there. I expect to follow shortly after. This project is fundamental to my life’s purpose. After all, if the means are there to relieve the world of suffering (and those means are there), then how can I do anything with my life other than find those means and bring them forth.
I have often cried for the world. It is my joy that we have arrived at this point in our journey where we can, through Unified Field Technology, bring suffering to an end. Miracles will soon happen for the well-being of all humanity.
More details will be coming out very soon regarding the MWPP. I invite you to become a part of it.
In gratitude to the Holy Traditions of Masters who have upheld this knowledge throughout the ages.
Brahmarishi
The past few weeks have been quite a spiritual whirlwind here at Mount Soma! It started with Navaratri (9 days of Mother Divine). It was an amazingly profound time for me and I do believe for everyone else here also.
The main thing I noticed is that course participants are becoming perceptive of the texture of the absolute. That is quite a step forward from the days when people had a hard time understanding that there is something deeper than thoughts and emotions! Temple ceremonies are doing a great deal to enliven the experience of the texture of the absolute, i.e. the texture of the transcendent. It is a deep and sublime experience that I intend to further advance during the Deep Dive Course. Things are really taking off!
With so many events happening at Mount Soma, the days of two retreats a year seem long ago. Many events also means smaller groups which enables me to speak with more people individually, which I am very much enjoying. I was up to the Center about every morning of the two-week stretch before meditation for a cup of tea with James, or Carol, or someone. It was great fun and very heartwarming.
Navaratri was followed by a three-day Surya Ram Class. It was tremendous. In the future we will be dovetailing class with Temple events so people can stay for both if they so choose.
The Student Union will be done in a month or two, so housing will be available. Also, cottage construction will begin soon and the first wave of cottages should only take a few months to complete. It appears that all 10 cottages near the center of town will be sold quickly. If you are interested, act fast because there is much more interest than cottages available.
Pandit Prasad and Lakshmi have become a major part of Mount Soma. They are my dear friends. We expect to meet in India in December for a week or two to establish Brahmarishi University in Mumbai. Harsha has been working hard there to bring this all about. We will likely have a building there and will be hiring five or six pandits to perform yagyas daily and travel to Jyotirlingas and other major temples throughout India to perform pujas for the world. This would be quite something. In time we will offer courses there for everyone worldwide. More on this later.
After the two weeks of courses I am taking a couple of days rest (though actually still working sunrise to sunset and into the night to catch up with administrative office and construction activities). I guess if feels a bit like rest since I am not lecturing or visiting with course participants so am putting in a few less hours.
Bottom line: things are great and getting better and better. I am privileged to have the opportunity to know and work with you. I am grateful to the ancient Holy Tradition of Masters who have guided our way.
As the number of ceremonies performed at Mount Soma increases, the experiences become more and more tangibly profound.
~
With August being a particularly active month at the Shiva Temple things have been very exhilarating here to say the least. The quality during the ceremonies takes on an eternal feeling. For thousands of years they have been performed in the same manner.
~
I cannot help but to think of Rama, Vasistha, and all the others who, in ancient time, sat in front of the fire making offerings as we do now. A sublime silence fills the space, even as the pandit chants and hymns are sung. It feels as if the still, yet enlivened, transcendent holds the moments in timeless suspension – unifying now with the primordial past going back years, unmeasured by history as we know it. I am carried away by the exquisite ecstasy those moments create…. suspended in timeless enraptured bliss.
~
The cumulative effects become ever more palpable as time goes by. It is clear to me that doing only one meditation twice daily here is far more evolutionary than any other program we may have done in the past.
~
The people who live here are truly blessed. Powerful purification is certainly being experienced by everyone. It is said that human evolution is as elusive as passing through the eye of a needle. This is true for two reasons. Firstly, the methodology is subtle and easily lost over time. Secondly, it is not always easy.
~
As the samskaras (impurities) leave the body, some of them are experienced – fortunately only a few in comparison to how many are being released! Yet that is not the difficult part. What makes this difficult is that they are not easily identifiable. They are experienced sometimes as your truth… your emotions and thoughts. If they showed themselves for what they are, evolution would be easier.
~
However, they do not come clearly labeled. They are not experienced as impurities leaving the physiology. They are experienced as your moods, mindsets, and realities. We are most fortunate that this is kept to a minimum.
~
Lifetimes of karma are released as little more than a hiccup in the greater scheme of things. What would have played out as years of unrest are released quickly and if experienced at all may be felt as a brief emotion or physical roughness.
~
I have promised to tell it like it is. And that is how it is. But any such disturbances are minimal, superficial, and certainly far less than would have been experienced if allowed to fester within the physiology for years and even lifetimes.
~
Yet life here is permeated with bliss and joy more than anything else. Fulfillment is rising as our dream is coming true. We are building a cosmic generator of harmony that will touch and transform the lives of all people everywhere. This technology was given to us by the rishis of ancient times. Every bit as much a science as a spiritual endeavor, it is only ours to implement it.
~
With the rise of Sat Yuga in the midst of Kali Yuga, it is the fate of our planet that we will be supported in doing so if our focus and commitment continue as they have. With our momentum accelerating, our task becomes easier as our success becomes more and more clear. Yet humility will always reign as we bow down to those great seers who light our way.
The Veda speaks of a number of sacred plants. The Soma plant is a prominent example. Kushi Grass is another fine example of a sacred plant.
~
Kushi Grass is used in Vedic ceremonies and only grows is very sacred places.
~
Pandit Prasad brought some with him from India when he came to Mount Soma. Even in India, it is quite expensive.
~
The other day when Pandit Prasad and his wife, Lakshmi Anasuya went for a walk, a remarkable thing happened. They actually found Kushi grass growing wild at Mount Soma. They were absolutely amazed.
~
Pandit Prasad explains that Mount Soma is Holy Ground. That is why Kushi grass can actually grow here. That is why we were able to build the Sri Somesvara Temple here.
~
The presence of Kushi grass again confirms the Holiness of this land.
