Another Mayan Calendar Discovered

As many experts have said, and as I have discussed in some of my talks, the Mayan calendar does not end in December 2012.  The calendar is a cycle, like the hands of your watch, going round and round, over and over again.  December 2012 marks the transition to another cycle.

The Age of Enlightenment will blossom, just as certainly as the sun will rise again. And just as we can predict when the sun will rise, we can foresee the larger cycles of time as the Mayans pointed out.

Our work is to bring forth the transition as smoothly as possible.  In so doing, you will help more people than you may even be able to imagine.  Just as one little light bulb can illuminate an entire room, it is within our capability to prevent major events that will, if left unchecked, unleash unimaginable havoc.

Vedic Knowledge provides us with the technology to foresee and adjust the future.

We can usher in the Enlightened Age through the portal of world peace and abundance for all humanity.  My lectures have revealed the rationality underlying the method.  To understand and believe this is one thing.  To act on it is quite another.

Live your life, so that, at the end of your life, you do not lament over what might have been, but instead, rejoice over what was.  Life should not be lived on the sidelines.  You have great knowledge.  Act upon it.

Think big.  Your domain is the universe.

A Life-Transforming 48 Hours

ganeshThe past 48 hours at Mount Soma were among the most incredible hours of my life.

The power during the Mahashivaratri was unbelievable.  It is not about the surface. It is about the depth.  It is about the movement of the unmovable within you.  There is such a strong deep inner essence, awake, bright, solid, full, eternal, loving… on and on.  It is so tangible and brings such a deep quiet joy to your soul.  It seems that to describe it, you are compelled to use paradoxical language.  Still, yet dynamic. Silent, yet overt.  Peaceful, yet alert.

Something truly amazing is happening here.

So much has happened in the past year.  And the upcoming year promises to be… well, what can I say.  Great? Fantastic?

Get the depth right and the surface takes care of itself.  The past 48 hours has certainly given everyone who attended a taste of that truth.

MMWPP Update

MMWPPThe pandits have completed the second Jyothirlinga. They will start the third, Ujjaini: Mahakaleswar, on January 19 until January 29, then immediately go to the fourth jyothirlinga, Omkar: Omkareswar, on January 30 until February 9.

Omakareswar is on the Narmada River, where the Narmadeshwara lingas form naturally.  We will ask the pandits to purchase one for us while they are there.

On what at first may appear to be a completely different note, being football playoff time I heard the following quote that I believe is from Vince Lambardi:

‘It is essential to understand that battles
are won primarily in the hearts of men.’

To bring forth peace on Earth can be viewed as a battle.  The classic battle between light and darkness… sat and asat.

It must be fought with our hearts.

A Nice Day

January 3, 2012

After a couple of meetings at the Center yesterday I was happy to see Pandit Prasad and his wife, Lakshmi, sitting in the Mountain View Room.  Lakshmi’s cousin and his wife were visiting and it was good to speak with them a bit.  I asked Pandit how the World Peace Project [MMWPP] was going and if the Pandits were having fun.  It is important to me that they are enjoying themselves.  Feeling is certainly a big part of life and of course an important aspect of Unified Field Technology as well.

Pandit Prasad said they were enjoying themselves.  He said that crowds gather around to watch when the pandits are performing the yagnya ceremony each day. Evidently the people visiting the Jyotirlinga temples, attracted to the power of what our pandits are doing, come and watch.

Though very powerful, these yagnyas are rarely performed.  Most priests do not know how to do it.  Generally they are only asked to do more individually or personally directed pujas, etc.  It is amazing to me that in this world such incredible knowledge is on such a limited basis understood and appreciated for what it is. Time is responsible for this.  The sun rises and sets.  The Mayans correctly viewed time as a cycle.  Big and little cycles.  Big cycles of time are called yugas. We are fortunate to live in a time when the pendulum is swinging in a positive direction.  Through wise and dedicated action, we can usher in a beautiful era for humanity.

We are incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to offer this project to the world.  It is enlivening a wonderful feeling within that is with me all the time.  I am excited (feel like a little boy around Christmas time!) to continue with the MMWPP as it expands in radiance. What a blessing.

It was quite enjoyable to take some time out to sit and chat about the MMWPP with Pandit and Lakshmi.  We also had a nice exchange about linguistics and the nature of cultures.  We had a pleasant time sitting over our cups of tea before I rushed off to get back to work.  Life is good.

Maharshi Maheshananda World Peace Project (MMWPP) Update

srisailam

Sreesailam

The Pandits completed the 11 days at Rameshvaram and are now at Sreesailam in AndhraPradesh.  Two stories follow. Coincidence or magical? You can decide. They are certainly true.

One day in Rameshvaram it was raining and raining all day long.  After ceremonies, the Pandits went for supper.  While at supper, the rain became so strong that the roads were not passable.  The Pandits could not return to the hotel.  They decided to pray to Lord Shiva.  Immediately after the prayer ended, the rain remarkably stopped!  The moment the pandits returned to their hotel, the rain started again and did not stop all through the night and the entire next day.

More recently, they arrived at the next jyotirlinga, Sreesailam, only to find no rooms or puja halls available for rent, as it is tourist season.  They stood amidst scores of visitors wondering what to do. A stranger approached them and they told him about me, the MMWPP, and their trouble finding rooms.  He told them not to worry and to follow him.  Remarkably, without delay, he found a puja hall for them and took them to a hotel with rooms available.  After signing for the rooms, the pandits turned around to thank the man. He was nowhere to be found.  The pandits were staggered.  It was as if he had vanished into thin air.

lingas

Clay lingas at Rameshvaram.

At each jyotirlinga, the pandits make 365 small lingas out of mud every day for 11 days. After the 11 days of ceremony, the 4015 lingas (11 x 365) are put into a nearby river to dissolve and wash away.  A Kalash (container) of water from the ceremonies is brought to the jyotirlinga and poured over it.

We all know that different things all have their own unique feeling.  Some call that an ‘energy’ or ‘vibration.’  The ‘serpent power’ that moves up the spine is called kundalini.  This kundalini energy is the power to create, dissolve, and recreate the universe.  Very powerful!  The mud to make the lingas needs to be of that vibration. Therefore, the pandits use mud from snake holes to make the lingas.  That is certainly a fascinating example of mapping.  Yes??

We thank all who have contributed to help support the MMWPP.  Find out how you can JOIN THE PROJECT and have your name included in the ceremonies at each Jyotirlinga.

Jai Siva Sankara!!
